Simply email me with clear instructions on the updates you want made to your website, then I’ll get to work and let you know when it’s done – usually in 3 business days or less.
Updates include any small tasks that will take me 15 minutes or less.
These tasks do not cover advanced or custom features like an online shop or membership section.
The whole purpose of my website care plans is preventative care, and I work hard to prevent anything from happening. However, in the event something does happen and your website needs emergency care, I’ll be there to take care of it.
I can’t promise your website won’t be hacked, but I can promise I’ll do everything in my power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of your website with one of my backups.
In the event that you did something to break your site, say for example, you install a new plugin and your website breaks, I’ll assess the situation and provide you with a cost estimate to fix the problem. If you have the premium plan, you can apply one of your 15-minute unlimited task sessions to get your website restored.
Yes! If you're tech-savvy and have your own hosting and domain under control, I'm happy to manage the rest. I prefer the use of my recommended provider, but most hosting companies are compatible, just let me know which company you're with.
Nope. No billing contracts. You’ll be invoiced prior to the first of each month (you can choose the "auto pay" feature to enable automatic payments) at the rate shown and can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. If you choose to cancel, your care plan will be terminated at the end of the month.
